How we look after your information

Your photos and videos

• Only the people working on your order see your photos and videos.
• We never share them, never post them anywhere and never use them in our advertising.
• Your originals stay in Ottawa and are returned to you in full.
• Copies of your files: We keep a backup for 60 days after you receive your files, in case anything goes wrong. Then we delete it for good.

Your contact details

When you book a visit or send us a message, we use your name, phone number, email and address only to arrange your visit and reply to you. We don't sell or share them.

Bookings are handled by Calendly and messages from our website form by Netlify, who store that information on our behalf.
